Founded by Henry A. Lambert, Lambert Development is a privately owned company known for its expertise in developing luxury condominiums, townhomes, mixed-use retail/loft properties, and commercial space in the US and abroad. Notable completed projects include The Brannan, The Oriental Warehouse, The Lansing, and The Potrero in San Francisco, The Renaissance and Bella Via in San Diego, Mission Meridian in Pasadena, The Amoco Building in Denver, and The Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat in Cap-Ferrat, France. Locally, Lambert Development has developed residential properties in Apex, Cary, Durham, and Raleigh. The company completed The Brannan in Downtown Durham in 2017.
